Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to RTC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to use this site.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at any time.

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders resulting from incorrect information.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are considered accepted once you receive an email confirmation.

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and installation fees unless otherwise noted.

  • Payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe.

  • All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers, depending on product size and destination.

  • Estimated delivery dates are for convenience and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Warranty

  • Many items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

  • We make no additional express or implied warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

A. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

  • You must submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

B. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mounted or installed tires or parts

  • Electrical or electronic components

  • Clearance, custom, or special-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

C. Return Process

  1. Contact support@rizktruckcenter.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

  2. Once approved, ship your item to the return address provided.

  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

  5. Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be refused or charged an additional handling fee.

D. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item shows signs of installation or wear, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

  • The 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund total for all approved returns (unless the return is due to a verified shipping or fulfillment error on our part).

E. Store Credit Option

In certain cases, we may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

F. Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before shipment qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a standard return and subject to the 20% restocking fee.

5. Privacy & Data Compliance

We respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws.

GDPR (EU Customers)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and personalized experiences.

CCPA (California Residents)

You may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for profit.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use our site or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction in Deschutes County.
